ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Construction Labourers to join our Civil Construction Division in Shoalhaven for a short term placement.

This role suits motivated, reliable workers looking for a strong team culture, and opportunities to grow within the civil industry.

What's on offer:

• Short term placement - up to 1 month duration

• Industry-leading pay rates

• Monday to Friday work with Saturday overtime available

• Strong focus on safety and worker support

• Work with reputable Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spreading, levelling, and compacting materials

• Concrete works and formwork assistance

• Jackhammering and demolition tasks

• Setting up and reading lasers and levels

• Dewatering and spotting machinery

• General civil labouring across large infrastructure projects

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced civil labourer with a strong work ethic and a solid understanding of site safety. You take pride in your work, show up reliably, and work well in a team environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• White Card (OHS Construction Card)

• Minimum 5 years civil construction experience (bulk earthworks & site preparation essential)

• Strong safety awareness and site experience

• Driver's licence and reliable transport

• Ability to pass random drug & alcohol testing

• VOC & SOA for Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, Dump Truck (highly regarded)
